Declare the batch
Give us panel count, approximate make/vintage, and yard location. A 40-panel rooftop lot is treated with the same paperwork spine as a 40,000-panel utility decommissioning.
Online · 5 minutesIndia's first crystalline modules are reaching end of life — 340 kilotonnes projected by 2032. Landfill isn't the answer.
Zyron reclaims flat glass, mono-silicon, silver, copper and aluminium at industrial scale — from India's largest solar decommissioning yards to CPCB-audited outbound streams.

Zero Waste
Every material stream finds a second use — nothing we process goes to landfill.
Y
Yield Value
We recover the maximum usable material and value from every panel, not just the easy fractions.
R
Reclaim Resources
Glass, silicon, aluminium, and silver go back into supply chains instead of staying buried.
O
On Cycle
Built for continuous, scalable throughput — not one-off batch processing.
N
Net Positive
The full process leaves a smaller footprint than it prevents by keeping panels out of landfill.
Modules installed during the 2010s solar boom are now entering their decommissioning window worldwide. Landfill isn't a legal or economic answer at this scale.
Global PV waste by 2050 (IRENA / IEA-PVPS projection).
Cumulative global solar capacity installed to date.
USD in recoverable raw material value globally by 2050 (IRENA).
Zero landfill. Documented residue <1% by mass.
Nothing is lost. Every gram of glass, silicon, aluminium and silver goes back into circulation.
Designed for the actual chemistry of crystalline-silicon modules: gentle enough to preserve glass integrity for float-glass buyers, aggressive enough to fully separate silver and copper fractions.
Twin-shaft granulation isolates the aluminium frame and junction box intact before glass separation. Preserves the integrity of the front-glass fraction for direct sale to float-glass remanufacturers.
EVA encapsulant is oxidised at 450–520°C in a controlled O₂-lean environment, releasing the silicon-and-silver stack without contaminating the glass or fusing the busbars.
Silver and copper are recovered downstream via nitric leach followed by cementation and electrowinning. Outbound assay ≥99.9% Ag; the polymer stream is directed to cement kilns as co-processing fuel.
Per-fraction recovery from a typical crystalline-silicon module, measured across a rolling 12-month intake sample at our Gujarat line.
Hover a material card to see how it maps to the recovered fraction. Figures reflect a 60-cell polycrystalline / mono-PERC input mix at our Gujarat line.
Thin-film modules (CdTe, CIGS) are processed on a separate line — figures on request.
Different cell chemistries need different processing recipes. Hover a card to see how we handle each type.

Give us panel count, approximate make/vintage, and yard location. A 40-panel rooftop lot is treated with the same paperwork spine as a 40,000-panel utility decommissioning.
Online · 5 minutesTransport partner arrives with sealed crates and a manifest pre-filled in your name. Weighbridge tickets go onto the chain-of-custody record before the truck leaves the yard.
72-hour SLA · GujaratMechanical delamination, controlled-atmosphere thermolysis, wet-chemical concentration. Every batch is assayed for recovered mass by fraction; you receive the report with your closure certificate.
Batch-tracked · Independently assayedRecycling certificate under CPCB SPW rules, EPR credit filing support, and a signed mass-balance statement suitable for producer, insurer or lender review.
Filed within 21 daysBefore any module enters delamination, we check whether it can go back into service. A second-life pass extends the panel's working life — and cuts your recycling cost.
Not every retired panel is scrap. Modules under 10 years old are often still functional, just running below rated output. Before any panel goes through delamination, we run it through a reuse-eligibility check: a power output test, an electroluminescence scan for hidden microcracks, and basic electrical safety checks.
Panels that pass go back into service as second-life modules — extending their working life and cutting your recycling cost. Panels that don't pass move straight into full material recovery. Either way, you get a written report and a compliant paper trail.
Compares actual Pmax against the module's rated STC output. Modules ≥ 80% rated typically pass for second-life redeployment.
Injects forward current and images the cell; reveals hairline cracks and dead sections invisible on the surface.
Insulation resistance, ground continuity, and wet leakage — the same tests an installer runs before re-mounting a module on a live array.
Recycling is table stakes. The difference is in what you actually get back — documentation, recovery quality, and a partner who can scale from a single rooftop swap to a full solar-park decommissioning.
Every batch we process is backed by proper documentation and compliance paperwork, not informal scrap handling.
Thermal delamination keeps glass, aluminium, and silicon separated and reusable, not shredded into low-value mixed waste.
You get a batch manifest and recovery certificate for every consignment, ready for your own compliance records.
From a 40-panel rooftop swap to a full solar-park decommissioning, the same process and paperwork apply.
Based in Gujarat with regional logistics, so pickup and processing don't sit in a queue for weeks.
Solar photovoltaic waste in India falls under the E-Waste Management Rules, 2022 — as amended for SPW in 2023 — governed by CPCB authorisation and state pollution board consents. This is the framework our process is built to meet.
Central Pollution Control Board authorisation is required to process solar photovoltaic waste under SPW-2023 — governs siting, capacity limits, and reporting.
Gujarat Pollution Control Board Consolidated Consent covers red-category hazardous handlers — all wet and thermal processing lines fall under this.
Environmental management system certification. Annual audits by IAF-accredited third parties are the standard external validation.
Registered EPR service providers on the CPCB portal generate transferable EPR credits on behalf of producers.
Barcoded batch manifests from your gate to the weighbridge to processed-fraction outbound. Full audit export in CSV.
All outbound streams must flow to named, audited off-takers. No brokers, no untracked exports.
A redacted 12-page PDF built from a real Q3 utility-decommissioning intake — batch manifest, weighbridge tickets, per-fraction assay, EPR credit filing receipt, and downstream off-taker declarations. What your auditor will actually see.
Live estimate for your decommissioning batch. Move the slider or type your capacity — the recoverable tonnage and diverted-CO₂ figures update as you go. Apply the result straight into a pickup request.
Assumes utility-scale crystalline modules — ~50 t & ~2,500 modules per MW.
Every fraction we recover is graded, assayed, and offered to downstream buyers directly — no brokers, no untracked exports. Volume-tier pricing available for repeat off-takers.

The short version of what drives the work — and the standard we hold ourselves to when a truckload of retired modules arrives on the yard.
Solar power was supposed to solve a waste problem, not create a new one twenty years later. We exist to make sure it doesn't.
To recover the maximum usable material from every retired solar panel we touch, and make responsible disposal the easiest option for module owners — not the hardest.
A solar industry where no panel ends up in a landfill, and every gram of glass, silicon, aluminium, and silver goes back into use.
Six things module owners ask most often before their first pickup. For anything else, the supplier desk is one email away.
